OneKey™  MLS has been informed that beginning Monday, June 1, 2020, Zillow will no longer  publish Virtual Open House information that appears in the remarks field.  They  have decided to revert to pre-Covid-19 practices, where any URL’s appearing in  the remarks field, would be removed.   

Please  note that you are encouraged to use the new Virtual Open House option available  on Stratus and Matrix when scheduling your virtual open houses. The  previous options for open houses had been Broker and Public.  They are now  Broker, Broker Virtual, Public and Public Virtual.  If one of the  virtual options are selected a new field “URL” is prompted.  In this field, you  would enter the URL for the zoom meeting or whatever meeting site you are  using.  A time is entered for these just like a regular open  house. 

Zillow  will continue to publish Virtual Open Houses entered on Stratus and Matrix using  these new options.
