Board of Managers candidate qualifications are as follows:

  1. You must be a Participant and have been a Participant for a minimum of three years. (Participant is defined as the Designated Broker, or a Manager Appointed to be the Participant.)
  2. No firm may have more than one person serving on the Board of Managers.
  3. You may not serve as a manager of OneKey® MLS while serving as a director, manager, or officer of the Long Island Board of REALTORS®, or the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®.
  4. At the time of application, you may not be serving as an officer of the Long Island Board of REALTORS®, or the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®.
